Andre’s process as a photographer is awesome; he knows exactly what he is doing with the camera and how to make pictures look good. Our photos with Andre (Weddings by Andre) were a 10/10 experience for many reasons. We were doing a couples photoshoot on the beach in SD, where we recently moved, and I was nervous going into it because we’ve never taken couples photos or had time in front of the camera before. He was was accommodating of our time when scheduling video calls to discuss the finer details and points of our wedding day and made sure to touch base with us about our plans and timeline a few days before the ceremony. Andre did my fiancé and I’s engagement photoshoot and I couldn’t have asked for someone better. From the beginning of the experience of inquiring to receiving our photos he was very professional and kind, not to mention talented. I inquired very last minute and he was very responsive, called me the following day to arrange the shoot. He was also very flexible on the day / time even though he had to travel to our location he made adjustments to when the shoot would be based on the weather requirements since it’s winter and rainy where we were shooting. This was no easy task, considering chilly people, lighting contrasts, and squinty eyes, but he rolled with it! The indoor pictures were equally great! He beautifully captured me and my husband, despite my pasty-white winter skin next to my dark, West African husband. If you know, you know! It can be difficult to get good pictures with the contrast, but Andre nailed it! I am not a social media gal, and I am admittedly unnatural posing in front of a camera (my husband is much better!), but Andre guided us and helped us relax and enjoy the process! We were impressed by all the moments he captured as the only photographer that day. He was really discreet during the ceremony, so we didn't even notice him, which allowed us to be present and focus on each other and those around us. We especially loved the couples, candids, and gifs he captured!

Andre's work ethic and communication are unmatched. He communicated excellently before, during, and after our wedding! Right after our wedding, the poor man didn't have wifi, so he used that time to edit our photos, and HE GOT THEM BACK TO US WITHIN A WEEK. We weren't expecting to get them back that quickly at all! We were definitely spoiled at the expense of Andre's lack of wifi, but it just speaks to his character and work ethic that he used that time for editing! Thank you for that, Andre!

This man truly has a God-given gift as a photographer and artist. If you check out his portfolio, he has a wide range of skill and versatility, capturing travel, artistic, lifestyle, wedding, engagement photos, etc. To be able to do this is really an incredible gift, and we are so grateful he captured photos that we get to admire for the rest of our lives and share with our family and friends! Cannot recommend Andre enough!!!!! We hired him for our destination wedding in Aruba and he got along SO well with our group of friends, I am sure they will be hiring him for their upcoming events. My family also kept asking me where I found him because he made everyone feel so comfortable and confident in front of the camera. I also want to highlight that the meetings to prepare beforehand were so easy and he truly listened to everything I want photographed and made me feel heard. He was highly responsive from the start and we are SO SO SO satisfied with how our pictures turned out. I recommend him to anybody and hope that I will have an opportunity to hire him again in the future!
