Your Wedding is One of The Clearest Expressions of Who You Are.

The people you invite, the way you dress, the music, the food, the family dynamics, the location, the little details that only make sense to the two of you. None of that is random. It all says something about your history and what matters to you.

That is why I photograph weddings the way I do. I am not there to turn your day into a production. I am there to document what it actually felt like, while stepping in with direction when it helps and backing off when the moment matters more than the photo. The end result should feel honest, beautiful, and like something you will care about even more as time passes.

What Working With Me Feels Like

I care about pace.

Group photos should move. Portraits should not take over your day. Family photos should feel organized, not chaotic. When something real is unfolding, I am paying attention to that first. When you need direction, I give it clearly and quickly so you can get back to being present.

I describe my style as editorial documentary because both matter. I want the photos to look strong, but I also want them to feel like your wedding and not some version of it performed for the camera.

If you want to know how I photograph an actual day from start to finish, this is the best place to look.

Why Couples Hire Me

1.

I know when to guide and when to disappear. That matters more than people realize.

2.

I move fast when the timeline needs it and slow down when the moment deserves it.

3.

I photograph big celebrations, intimate weddings, courthouse weddings, and multi-location days with the same goal: make the photos feel like the day, not separate from it.

4.

I know Seattle and the Pacific Northwest well, but I am just as

happy to travel when the right day calls for it.

We absolutely LOVED working with Andre and cannot recommend him enough as a wedding photographer. He shot both our engagement session and our wedding day, and from start to finish he was professional, organized, and incredibly easy to work with.

This is the process:

I. Reach out

Send me the details you have so far. Venue, date, guest count, location ideas, whatever you know. I will take a look and we can set up a call.

II. Build the plan

We talk through priorities, timeline, lighting, family photo logistics, and anything else that will affect how the day flows. My goal is to make photography fit into the day well, not take it over.

III. Wedding day and delivery

On the wedding day, I document what is happening and guide when needed. Afterward, I deliver a full gallery that feels cohesive, emotional, and easy to come back to for years.

FAQ

Do you travel?

Yes! I’m based in Seattle but travel throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Wherever your love story takes you, I’m in. For Oregon and California, I offer fixed travel rates.

What if it rains?

This is the PNW. It a real possibility it will! I come prepared. Rain makes for gorgeous, cinematic photos (and we’ll always have a backup plan), but for heavier rain, we can reschedule the shoot (subject to availability).

We’re awkward in front of the camera. Help?

Happy to help! I’ll guide you when needed, but most of the time I’m just documenting what naturally unfolds. No pressure to pose. Just be yourselves. I’ll offer posing prompts when helpful and step back when needed to let you shine.

Can we bring our dog?

Absolutely. I love it when couples include their pets. It adds so much personality to your photos. Let me know your pup’s favorite treats so I can pack extra goodies.

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. My editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.

Do you help with planning?

Yes. I’ll help you with your wedding photography timelines, location scouting, finding the perfect lighting, and more.

What’s your photography style?

I mix a variety of photography styles, like editorial and documentary, to make your photos look and feel genuine. The key here is to use styles that help you tell your love story your way.

When will we receive our photos?

Sneak peeks come within a week of your wedding day. Full galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks. Note that your photos may take longer to deliver, around three months, during peak wedding season. Engagements and smaller sessions are usually delivered within 3 to 4 weeks, while proposal and courthouse wedding photos take 2 to 3 weeks.

Do you offer payment plans?

I understand weddings are a big investment, and I’m happy to work with you to find a flexible option. A retainer locks in your date, and we can build a package or payment plan that works for you.

Can we meet before booking?

Definitely. I love to connect with couples via Zoom or even in person if you’re local. It’s a great way to make sure we’re aligned and to answer any questions you might have before booking.
